Normally 3 to 6 months in advance is recommended. However some dates in April, May, June and many weekend dates will book full 6-9 months in advance, while other times in January and February can be booked up to a week before your trip.

No, Chariot Coaches is exclusively a charter operation for groups who charter the complete coach to go to the destination of their choice.

Yes you can. Canned drinks are O.K. but no kegs or bottles please. Just like food and other drinks, we ask you to keep the charter bus rental clean. We charge a $200.00 refundable deposit when alcoholic drinks are on board to cover any extra cleaning that may be required.

No, Chariot has a no smoking policy while on the coach. If your group wishes to smoke, we will be glad to make rest stops as needed.

We currently accept credit/debit cards, bank transfer, cheques, and cash.

On a private hire, no animals (other than guide dogs and hearing dogs notified to the company in advance) may be carried on any vehicle without prior written agreement from the company.

We will do everything in our power to get your driver to the correct pick-up point and on time. However, if for any reason this does not happen please call our office straight away at +44 - 208 - 230 - 4829 and we will be happy to help.

If the hirer wishes to cancel any agreement, they are liable to forfeit any deposit paid and to make further payments up to the following percentage of the hire price.

DAYS PRIOR TO CANCELLATION CHARGE:

  •  6-7 days - 25%
  •  3-5 days  - 35%
  • 2 days - 50%
  •  1 day - 75%

a. The cost of accommodation, meals and theatre tickets, which have already been purchased by the company at the request of the hirer, plus any administration charges, incurred by the company.
b. Cancellation due to inclement weather conditions will be charged as above.
c. Ferry/Tunnel crossings, theatre tickets or any other such ancillary service once purchased are not returnable and must be paid for in full.

The hirer is responsible to pay any deposit and the full hire cost when due. If you fail to make due payments we are entitled to either terminate the contract or to take legal action to enforce payment. The company reserves the right to add interest at the rate of 2% compound interest per calendar month, after the date by which payment should have been made.

We recommend you to book the coach/bus at least 3 months in advance.

Please do not carry hot food or drinks, chewing gums, ice-cream or alcohol while on your ride. However, you can carry bottled drinks, with a cap or lid only.

No, we require payment in full, within 30 days of your booking.
